Yves Govaerts is administrator and scientific advisor at Rayference, the company he funded in 2013. He has more than 25 years of experience in the design of algorithms for the operational retrieval of geophysical products. He worked on the preparation of ATBDs, satellite data calibration, algorithm prototyping, product validation and documentation in the context of the retrieval of land surface and aerosol properties in an operational environment. He has a solid experience in radiative transfer modelling. He is the DTE-S2GOS project leader.
